Ice Cream
Our latest toy in the kitchen is an ice cream machine. We have been playing around with recipes for a little while now and have come up with,
what we think is some of the tastiest ice cream you'll eat. All ice creams & sorbets are now homemade. Look out for our favourite - Butterscotch ice cream, with rich fudge pieces.
Who needs Heinz?
Having decided to make all of our own ice creams, we thought, why not the condiments. So we've come up with a tomato ketchup recipe to rival Heinz!
Also on offer, Brown Sauce, which you can buy along with all our other pickles and chutneys.
Game On!
With the shooting season coming into full swing, look out for game on the menu. Partridge & Pheasant will, no doubt make regular
appearances on the menu.
